    it's nice to have something to elevate your work that is not a heat sync.
    My issue is that it is fragile in that it easily comes apart if I knock it accidentally.
    I wish it was more stable.

    Very clever design. More stable than an enameling trivet but it is more of a heat sink.

    The piece is flawless. I had it under high heat and it doesnt fold or loose it's shape. I've held back for months until got tired of Jerry rigging things to comfortably solder from the bottom. Chris is absolutely amazing. He will answer any questions and help you with what he can. Money very well spent.
