Treatment: Based on my observation these are likely Howlite or a similar stone dyed to look like turquoise. 

Howlite is a white stone that takes dye exceptionally well, its us commonly used to create less expensive options for more expensive stones.  when selling this stone to your customers disclosure of this is ethical.
