I'm still learning new ways to use this stand with my soldering, but I'm glad to have it!
Perfect for holding small pieces in place for soldering, where the point anchors things vertically - I’ve already used it to solder bails to bezels, to sweat solder adornments onto plates etc and it’s made things secure in a much less fiddly way!
NB Enough weight to position and hold smaller pieces; may need more weight for larger pieces.
