Acerca de:

La plantilla de corte de alambre es una herramienta diseñada para que trabajes más rápido. El inserto de acero inoxidable le permite cortar cables de 1/4 de pulgada a 3 pulgadas en incrementos de 1/4 de pulgada.

La otra cara de la plantilla tiene pulgadas convertidas a milímetros (redondeadas al MM entero más cercano)

Los paneles exteriores están hechos de madera dura de calidad y grabados con láser de precisión en Lion Punch Forge Shop. ¡Chris termina y ensambla cada plantilla!

Cómo utilizar:

  1. Utilice alambre enderezado. Un cable doblado puede provocar que las mediciones sean incorrectas.
  2. El calibre máximo de cable para la plantilla es 14, pero siga las especificaciones de sus cortadores al ras. Algunos cables pueden ser demasiado gruesos para algunos cortadores.
  3. Inserte el cable en la ranura deseada hasta que entre en contacto con la parte inferior.
  4. Agarre el cable con sus cortadores al ras de modo que la parte inferior de su cortador entre en contacto con la plantilla.
  5. Saque ligeramente el cable de la plantilla con sus cortadores y complete el corte.
  6. Repita para una preparación rápida de los componentes.

Awesome wire cutting jig

I love tools that are both functional and beautiful like this jig. It is a pleasure to hold and use. I am anxious to use it for cutting chain links and many other repetitive, precision tasks. Customer service was outstanding.

"Even" better that I though!

Now I can make even lengths for all my projects. Now it's much easier to work from the spool now. Before I would fumble with the spool, ruler and cutter, lengths were never truly even. Which can make you work look sloppy. Thank you!

I have just started trying to do some filigree pieces and this jig exit so easy to cut multiples quickly in the length that you need. well made and a beautiful tool. thanks, Chris!
