Le gabarit de coupe de fil est un outil conçu pour vous permettre de travailler plus rapidement. l'insert en acier inoxydable vous permet de couper des longueurs de fils de 1/4 de pouce à 3 pouces par incréments de 1/4 de pouce.

Le revers du gabarit comporte des pouces convertis en millimètres (arrondis au MM entier le plus proche).

Les panneaux extérieurs sont fabriqués à partir de contreplaqué de bois dur de qualité et gravés au laser avec précision dans la boutique Lion Punch Forge. Chaque gabarit est fini et assemblé par Chris !

Comment utiliser:

  1. Utilisez du fil redressé. Un fil plié peut entraîner des mesures erronées.
  2. Le calibre de fil maximum pour le gabarit est de 14, mais suivez les spécifications de vos pinces coupantes. Certains fils peuvent être trop épais pour certains couteaux.
  3. Insérez votre fil dans la fente souhaitée jusqu'à ce qu'il touche le bas.
  4. Saisissez le fil avec vos couteaux affleurants afin que le bas de votre couteau entre en contact avec le gabarit.
  5. Retirez légèrement le fil du gabarit avec vos couteaux et terminez la coupe.
  6. Répétez l’opération pour une préparation rapide des composants

Awesome wire cutting jig

I love tools that are both functional and beautiful like this jig. It is a pleasure to hold and use. I am anxious to use it for cutting chain links and many other repetitive, precision tasks. Customer service was outstanding.

"Even" better that I though!

Now I can make even lengths for all my projects. Now it's much easier to work from the spool now. Before I would fumble with the spool, ruler and cutter, lengths were never truly even. Which can make you work look sloppy. Thank you!
