Mabé pearls

A Mabé pearl (pronounced mah-bay) is a hemispherical or dome-shaped cabochons. Whereas, these do occur naturally, these are man made with natural materials. the inside of the cabochon is filled with epoxy to help eliminate  a crushed pearl when setting.

Note: Due to the way they were made the girdle of the stone is not uniform  and will require the fabricated  setting to account for this uniformity difference -See photos and product videos.
