Planishing:

One face is flat with slightly rounded edges, and the other is softly domed and will create a beautiful “hammered” finish with large, soft dimples. 

Raising:

While raising hammers have been used for forming metal for years, the Artisan’s Mark Raising Hammer is also superb for creating softly lined textures that are subtle and sophisticated. 

Embossing:

A favorite among jewelry makers, the highly polished Artisan’s Mark Embossing Hammer features finely tapered and softly rounded tips of two different sizes. It will add an interesting texture that is characterized by tiny, shiny divots. 

Sharp cross peen:
